Findiy

How Pitch Deck Studios rebuilt Findiy's agentic AI pitch deck for retail tech, turning a text-heavy draft into a visual story for Walmart-level buyers.

Project Goal

Findiy is a US-based startup that built an agentic AI platform connecting brands, retailers, distributors, manufacturers, and brokers across the CPG and foodservice ecosystem. Founder Arjun Lalbhai and the Findiy team needed a pitch deck that could hold its own in front of major retail decision-makers, including buyers from Walmart, Whole Foods, Sprouts, and 7-Eleven. Pitch Deck Studios was brought in to rebuild the deck from the ground up.

Client Context

Findiy already had a working 10-slide deck built around its product, a set of AI agents (Charlie, Sasha, Greta, Chase, and Ava) that automate sourcing, outreach, vetting, and compliance work for retailers. The deck needed to explain a fairly technical, multi-agent system to buyers who sit through dozens of vendor pitches a week, and it needed to look credible enough to hold up in a Walmart or 7-Eleven buyer meeting.

The Challenge

The existing deck was text-heavy and inconsistent, with the story leaning on paragraphs instead of visuals. Findiy wanted custom iconography for its AI agents, more infographic-style data presentation, and a layout that could carry statistics (product counts, verified contacts, receipt data) without turning into a wall of numbers. The brief was specific: keep the underlying content and product logic, but rebuild everything around clearer visuals and branding.

Our Approach

Pitch Deck Studios restructured the deck around Findiy's AI agent system, giving each agent (Chief of Staff Charlie, Scout Sasha, Gatekeeper Greta, Communicator Chase, and Autoform Ava) its own custom icon and a consistent visual identity throughout. The team rebuilt the data-heavy slides as infographic stat cards, added an ecosystem diagram showing how retailers, brands, distributors, and logistics partners connect through the platform, and tightened the copy throughout so each slide could be read in seconds.

What We Delivered

  • A redesigned pitch deck built around Findiy's product and AI agent system
  • Custom iconography for five distinct AI agent personas
  • Infographic data visualizations for platform statistics and retailer impact metrics
  • An ecosystem connectivity diagram showing how stakeholders interact through the platform
  • A consistent visual and branding system across the full deck

The Result

Findiy walked away with a deck that explains a five-agent AI product in a single sitting, built to hold up in front of enterprise retail buyers rather than get lost in another vendor pitch. The final deck was delivered in November 2025.
