Timelines depend on scope. Design-only projects take 4–10 days. Copywriting plus design takes 7–14 days. Larger packages that include strategy and advisory work can run up to two months. If you need a faster turnaround, contact us, we can often accommodate this for a small additional fee.

For consultancy-level engagements, this expands into several back-and-forth discovery calls with our strategists to dig into your positioning, narrative, and investor strategy before we move into creation.

Once we’re aligned on the brief, our copywriters develop the narrative and slide-by-slide content, working closely with you to capture your voice and the right level of detail. Our designers then build the visual system and produce the deck, with feedback rounds at every stage.

After presenting the first draft, we revise based on your input, focusing on both storytelling and visual impact. The final pitch deck is delivered in your preferred editable format — PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or Figma, along with a PDF version and any required font files.

Yes. We offer ongoing support and can update your pitch deck as your business evolves or as you receive feedback from investors. Since we deliver fully editable files, you can handle minor changes yourself, or come back to us for more extensive updates and redesigns. Note that bigger revisions and redesigns requested after project completion are quoted separately based on scope.
