The Brief
RAKEZ came to us with a presentation that looked good but missed movement. The content was there, the visuals were solid, but watching it felt flat.
The deck had multiple sections, lots of information, and navigation bars that repeated throughout. The problem? You couldn’t always tell where you were or what section you were looking at.
They needed it to work on auto-play. No presenter. No clicking through. Just smooth, clear, and professional.
Their ask was clear: make it flow, but keep it clean. No cheesy PowerPoint effects. No unnecessary movement. Everything had to serve a purpose.
What We Did
We used motion to tell the story, not just decorate it.
Instead of adding random transitions, we built a system. A set of rules that worked across every slide, helping people follow along without getting lost.
The navigation bars became our focus. Instead of sitting there doing nothing, we turned them into guides that show you exactly where you are in the presentation.
How We Built It
Clear section navigation
The nav bars now respond to where you are. When the deck moves between sections, the bar updates visually so you always know your location.
Seamless slide transitions
No hard cuts. Slides flow into each other using directional movement and layered fades. It feels like one continuous experience.
Timed for auto-play
Every animation is paced for viewing without interaction. Information appears step by step, so nothing hits you all at once.
No distractions
We avoided default effects completely. Every movement guides attention, highlights key points, or signals progress. Nothing extra.
The Outcome
The presentation now moves like it was designed to.
Even in long sections with similar layouts, you never lose track. The navigation works like a map, and the transitions make it feel polished and modern.
It works for government meetings, investor pitches, and international audiences. It looks professional, feels current, and runs smoothly without anyone controlling it.
Why It Matters
This project shows what’s possible when you focus purely on motion design.
We didn’t touch the content. We didn’t redesign the slides. We just added smart transitions and clear navigation.
The result? A presentation that feels intentional, easy to follow, and built for how people actually watch content in 2025.
