Project Goal: Create a professional, sales-ready one-pager that explains the LINDOR Pick & Mix retail concept clearly and persuasively for B2B presentations.

Lindt & Sprüngli came to us with a specific challenge. They needed a concise yet powerful sales document that would capture the magic of their in-store Pick & Mix experience. More than just a product sheet, this piece needed to convince retail partners to adopt their display modules while staying true to the quality and innovation the Lindt brand is known for worldwide.

The Challenge

When we first reviewed the existing materials, we saw content that was rich in detail but heavy on the page. The original layout was dense, making it difficult for busy retail decision-makers to quickly grasp the opportunity.

Lindt needed to communicate a lot: module dimensions, sales advantages, operational requirements, merchandising details. The list went on. But cramming all that information into one document without losing the reader’s attention? That was the real challenge.

We also had to navigate Lindt’s strict brand guidelines. Everything needed to feel premium, polished, and unmistakably Lindt. And the document had to work equally well as a printed handout at trade shows and as a digital asset sent via email. Two formats, one flawless impression.

Our Strategy

From typography choices to product photography placement, every design decision was made to communicate trust, precision, and quality. We wanted the document to feel as refined as the chocolate inside those Pick & Mix displays.

The Process

Discovery: We started by sitting down with the Lindt team to understand their content, data, and display specifications. Our first job was identifying which information would actually move the needle for retail decision-makers.

Structure: Next, we mapped out a content hierarchy designed for instant comprehension. The concept needed to be self-explanatory at a glance. We led with sales advantages, followed by visual module options, and rounded out with operational details.

Design: Our design team crafted a clean, modular layout that mirrored Lindt’s premium aesthetic. We incorporated warm color accents and used generous white space to let the content breathe. The result felt approachable yet sophisticated.

Review & Delivery: Within just a few days, we delivered a final one-pager optimized for both print and digital use. Ready for client meetings, distributor presentations, and follow-up emails without any additional formatting needed.

The Results

The finished one-pager quickly became a cornerstone of Lindt’s B2B sales toolkit.

It does exactly what it was designed to do: communicate the Pick & Mix concept with crystal clarity, elevate the perceived value of the offer, and align seamlessly with Lindt’s global brand standards.
