Terms of Service

Beond Studio FZ LLC
In5 Media, Ground Floor, Dubai Media City,
Dubai, UAE
License No. 107522
Operating under the commercial name: Pitch Deck Studios

The following terms of service outline the working agreement between Pitch Deck Studios (“us”, “we”, or “Pitch Deck Studios”) and the client (“you” or “the Client”). These terms are legally binding for both parties.

1. Services Offered

Pitch Deck Studios provides professional presentation services on a project-based model only. We do not offer subscription services. We offer three distinct service types:

Design-Only Projects: Professional visual redesign of existing presentations where you provide all finalized content, and we focus exclusively on layout, visual design, and formatting.

Copywriting + Design Projects: Comprehensive presentation development including content research, strategic messaging, copywriting, and complete visual design.

Research/Financial Planning + Copywriting + Design Projects: Our most comprehensive service offering that includes in-depth market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling and planning support, strategic messaging development, complete copywriting, and professional visual design. This full-service option is ideal for clients who need complete presentation development from strategic foundation through final design.

The exact scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your project are defined in the package selected at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

2. Global Operations & Turnaround Times

Global Operations: Our team operates globally across multiple time zones to serve clients worldwide. All delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday) and will be clearly communicated for your specific project.

Project Commencement: Work begins only after:

  1. Required payment has been received (full payment for Design-Only; deposit for comprehensive projects)
  2. All required materials have been submitted (existing slides, brand assets, content, guidelines, business information, etc.)

If additional materials are requested after project initiation, the delivery timeline will restart once all necessary files are received.

Test Slides Timeline: All design projects include an initial Style Sample (Test Slides) phase where we create 2-3 sample slides to establish design direction. The time for test slide review and approval is separate from the main project timeline.

Delivery Definition: Stated turnaround times apply to the full first draft delivery after test slides are approved, not the final version. Final delivery depends on revision rounds used, feedback timing, and any approved scope changes.

Rush Orders: Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to team availability. Rush options and associated costs will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

5. Timeline Extensions & Client Responsiveness

To ensure efficient project flow and meet delivery commitments, we rely on timely feedback and communication from clients.

Standard Feedback Expectations: We expect feedback, approvals, and requested information within 5 business days of receiving drafts or deliverables from our team.

Extended Feedback Periods: If you require more than 5 business days to provide feedback:

  • The project timeline will be paused and adjusted accordingly
  • Original delivery dates will be extended by the additional time required
  • We will communicate revised delivery dates once feedback is received

Project Dormancy: If no feedback or response is received within 14 calendar days of draft delivery:

  • The project will be placed on hold and may be removed from our active production schedule
  • We may reallocate team resources to other active projects
  • reactivation fee of $$150 USD may apply to resume work
  • Resuming work will depend on current team availability and may require timeline renegotiation

Extended Dormancy: If a project remains inactive for more than 30 days due to lack of client response:

  • Pitch Deck Studios reserves the right to consider the project complete
  • No refunds will be issued for work not completed due to client abandonment
  • All payments made remain non-refundable

Best Practice: Consolidate internal feedback before submitting to us, and designate decision-makers who can provide timely approvals to keep your project on schedule.

6. Design-Only Projects: Scope & Revisions

This section applies when you purchase Design-Only services where you provide finalized content and we focus on visual transformation.

Content Requirements

You must provide all finalized text content, data, messaging, and slide structure before the project begins. Our team designs based on your provided content without making editorial changes to text.

Style Sample (Test Slides) Process

Every Design-Only project begins with Style Sample creation (typically 2-3 slides) to establish the visual direction, design aesthetic, and overall approach before applying it to your entire presentation.

Test Slide Review: You will receive these sample slides for review and must provide written feedback or approval within 5 business days. This is your opportunity to request design direction changes before full production begins.

Included Design Revisions

Each Design-Only project includes two (2) rounds of design revisions within 14 days of full first draft delivery. Design revisions include:

  • Layout and formatting adjustments
  • Color scheme and typography refinements
  • Repositioning of graphics, images, or visual elements
  • Chart and diagram visual improvements
  • Visual hierarchy and flow enhancements

Content Changes = Additional Billing

Once design work has commenced (after test slide approval), any changes to the actual content are considered outside the project scope and will incur additional fees. Content changes include:

  • Adding, removing, or modifying text on existing slides
  • Changing data points, figures, or information in charts and graphs
  • Adding or removing entire slides from the agreed structure
  • Restructuring the presentation flow or narrative
  • Changing key messages, headlines, or talking points

Billing Structure: Content changes will be billed as new slide designs at our standard per-slide rate, which will be quoted before proceeding with the work. Payment for content changes must be received before work begins.

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Style Sample Guarantee

Cancellation Before Work Begins

You may cancel after purchase confirmation but before submitting required project assets. Refunds may be issued minus administrative and processing fees (typically $$50-100 USD).

The Style Sample Guarantee Process

For All Design Projects:

  1. We create and deliver Style Sample (Test Slides) – typically 2-3 slides showcasing the proposed design direction
  2. You review these samples to assess whether the visual approach meets your expectations
  3. You must provide written feedback or approval within 5 business days

Refund Eligibility – The Only Refund Window

If You REJECT the Style Samples:

  • Design-Only Projects: If the design direction does not meet your needs and we cannot reach alignment on the visual approach, you may request a full refund minus administrative fees ($$50-100 USD)
  • Copywriting + Design Projects: You may request a refund of the design balance only. The $$300 USD copywriting deposit remains non-refundable as Phase 1 work has been completed and delivered
  • Research/Financial Planning + Copywriting + Design Projects: You may request a refund of the design balance only. The $$300 USD deposit remains non-refundable as Phase 1 and Phase 2 work has been completed and delivered

If You APPROVE the Style Samples:

  • Once you provide written approval (via email) of the Style Samples, you authorize us to proceed with the full presentation design
  • From this point forward, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances
  • This approval confirms your acceptance of the design direction and commits you to the project completion

No Refunds After Style Sample Approval

Once Style Samples are approved and our team begins work on the full presentation:
