Terms of Service

The following terms of service outline the working agreement between Pitch Deck Studios (“us” or “Pitch Deck Studios”) and the client (“you” or “the Client”). These terms are legally binding for both parties.

 

  1. Services Offered

Pitch Deck Studios provides professional presentation design services, including one-time project-based redesigns, subscription-based design services, and custom copywriting and design services. The scope of services will be outlined in the package you select at checkout.

 

  1. Turnaround Times
  • Project-Based Design Services: Turnaround times depend on the package selected: 4-day delivery or 8-day delivery for presentation redesigns.
  • Subscription-Based Services: Turnaround times start at 24 hours, depending on project complexity and volume.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to team availability.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed starting the next business day at 9:00 a.m. CET. Please note that all required materials and assets must be submitted before work can commence. If additional files are needed after filling out the upload form, the delivery timeline will begin once all files are received by our team.

The stated delivery time applies to the first draft of the redesign, not the final version. Timelines for final delivery depend on the revisions and approvals required, as outlined in earlier sections.

 

  1. Communication Guidelines:

Our services primarily include email communications. Design calls are not included as part of the standard service, except for a Custom Service Discovery call to understand your project needs. An extra call may be arranged if you or our our team determines it is necessary to clarify any questions or uncertainties.

Any additional calls or communication methods beyond this will depend on the team’s availability and will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

During the purchase process you will be required to appoint a point of contact for the project. All communications between Pitch Deck Studios and the Client will be managed directly with the contact point   through   the   email   address   provided   by   you   during   the   purchase   process.     If,   for   any reason, the Client requires to change its point of contact, it should notify Pitch Deck Studios indicating who will be the new point of contact and his/her email address.

Our structured workflow and communication practices are designed to ensure smooth project management and timely delivery.

 

  1. Revisions
  • Unlimited revisions are included in all packages within 14 days of delivery. Revisions requested after this period may incur additional fees.
  • Revisions must align with the original scope of the project. Changes outside the agreed scope will be considered a new project.

 

  1. Payments
  • All payments are processed securely at checkout.
  • Project-Based Packages: Payment is due upfront to confirm your order.
  • Subscription Services: Payments are billed monthly via Stripe and are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

 

  1. Service Cancellation, Refunds, and Indemnification

Refunds are available for ongoing projects. Services may be canceled before our team begins work on your slides. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so after receiving the purchase confirmation email and before submitting the required project assets. If the cancellation is made during this timeframe, a full refund minus admin fees will be issued.

No refunds after full project has been completed. Once our team has started working on your presentation,  and delivered full first draft, no refunds will be provided.

Our services are customized to align with your objectives, instructions, style preferences, and branding requirements. By using our services, you acknowledge that our team brings professional expertise to the redesign process. Refunds will not be issued for creative differences that may arise between the Client and Pitch Deck Studios.

We are not obligated to indemnify the Client if the deliverable does not meet the Client’s expectations, provided that the work was completed in accordance with the provided instructions and project scope. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their instructions, style preferences, and branding requirements are clear and comprehensive to minimize discrepancies during the design process.

For subscription plans, refunds are not issued for unused portions of the month. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.

 

  1. Client Responsibilities

Sor custom design and subscription projects, Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., existing slides, brand guidelines, and content) at the start of the project. Delays in providing materials may result in adjustments to delivery timelines.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All designs are original and created specifically for your project. Upon final payment, you own the rights to the delivered files. Stock images, icons, and other licensed materials included in your project remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

 

  1. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared by the Client as strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, any of the following: concepts, diagrams, drawings, databases, spreadsheets, contracts, business plans, marketing strategies, trade secrets, investment details, and any technical, legal, or commercial information.

To ensure the privacy of your project:

  • Confidentiality Commitment: Pitch Deck Studios agrees to maintain all shared information under strict confidentiality. This includes a commitment not to reveal, trade, or disclose any part of the confidential information to third parties.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA): Our design team operates under legally binding NDAs to protect your content.
  • Data Deletion Policy: Once the project is completed and delivered, we will no longer retain access to your slides or materials. All your information will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

Our stringent confidentiality practices ensure that your proprietary information remains secure at all times.

 

  1. Limitations of Liability

Pitch Deck Studios will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 

  1. Termination of Service

Pitch Deck Studios reserves the right to terminate service in cases of non-payment, unprofessional behavior, or requests that violate ethical or legal guidelines.

 

  1. Governing Law

All matters relating to these terms of service, the provision of our services, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms of service or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Poland. By accepting the terms and conditions outlined in this document, you waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue in such courts.
